Operation Manager , Air Freight

Job description

• Manage and optimize end-to-end Airfreight operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage relationships with carriers and partners to ensure high-quality service and competitive rates
• Monitor and analyze airfreight operation performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Manage and mentor a team of Airfreight operation professionals

• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 3-8 years of experience in air freight management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process optimization and cost reduction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
