Project Manager (Banking Testing Project)

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate high-quality project delivery within a defined timescale
• Lead Core Banking System Project
• Managing project scope, budget and planning, in full compliance with the bank’s project management standards and governance
• Leading and coordinating all functional teams of the project, including IT and business
• Prepare requirement-related specification and documentation
• Implement monitoring and reporting tools for seamless project tracking
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and escalations to management in a timely manner whenever needed

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Finance, Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of Project management experience in banking industry
• Proven track record in managing complex and large scale projects, and successful project delivery
• Knowledge in Core banking is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
