Assistant Sales and Leasing Manager - Student & Worker Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales and Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing operations for our portfolio of student & worker accommodation properties in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leasing and working with the unique needs of the student and worker rental market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to fully occupy our student and worker accommodation properties on an annual basis;
• Train, manage, and motivate a team of leasing professionals focused on the student & worker market;
• Analyze market trends, competition, and target tenants needs to identify opportunities for growth;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local universities, student organizations, real estate agencies and other key stakeholders;
• Monitor and report on leasing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement;
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies;
• Collaborate with the property management team to provide a seamless tenant experience;
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the student & worker housing industry, including emerging technologies and amenities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing or property management
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding leasing goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• General understanding of the Hong Kong student housing market, worker accommodation market and regulatory environment
