Scope of Work:

Mobile Technology Standardization Operations Lead

I.                 Role Description –

This is a pivotal role for the Program, and client is looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers who will be managing the provision/replacement of Corporate mobile phones across the Firm as well as the decommission of old phones. The candidate will be required to work with the Project Managers leading the migrations whilst ensuring their teams adhere strictly to processes and procedures.

 II.               Role and Responsibilities -

• Coordinate, direct and manage the operations team for the region

• Ensure the team adhere to the required guidelines and procedures relating to data bearing assets

• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track

• Monitoring and report progress through project milestones and resolving any roadblocks that arise

• Provide the Mobile Technology Standardization Program Lead with all relevant Program updates

• Liaise with global counterparts to ensure consistency and success across the Program

• Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

 III.              Key Skills\Experience -

• A wide range of experience in a Technology role, preferably in the financial or Investment Banking industry

• Able to demonstrate strong team leadership skills

• Proven experience of adherence to detailed processes

• Self-motivated personality with a very high level of attention to detail

• The ability to maintain and develop formal and informal relationships with key stakeholders and with peers globally to ensure a consistent approach in each region.

• The ability to multi-task in a high paced and demanding environment is crucial

• Ability to communicate at all levels of management.

• Strong understanding of desktop hardware and components.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
