Assistant Script/Content Creative Director

About the role

As the Assistant Content Creative Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content strategy and driving the creative vision for Bingo Management Services Limited in the Causeway Bay Wan Chai District. Working closely with the Content Creative Director, you will contribute to the development of engaging and impactful content across various platforms, including digital, social media, and print. What you'll be doing

• Assist the head of content in developing and executing the overall content strategy for the company
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for content that align with the brand's vision and resonate with the target audience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and digital, to ensure seamless content production and delivery
• Oversee the script content creation process, including writing, editing, and proofreading, to maintain high standards of quality
• Analyse content performance data and provide insights to optimise future content initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's content offering
• Mentor and guide junior content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation

What we're looking for

• Experience in writing scripts for IP incubation
• Significant experience in a content creation or creative leadership role, preferably in the advertising, arts, or media industry
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful content strategies
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of content performance metrics to drive decision-making
• A keen eye for design and the ability to provide creative direction to visual assets
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of content creators
