Position 1: Assistant Engineer (Fire Services Systems)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist project engineers in the design and drafting of fire services systems

Coordinate site work progress and liaise with subcontractors; supervise subcontractor performance

Prepare and submit design drawings and related documentation to relevant authorities and consultants

Handle daily project follow-up and maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (experience in fire services systems is an advantage)

Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines (VTC or equivalent)

Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF

Experience with BIM will be an added advantage

Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Able to work independently and coordinate with various stakeholders

Remuneration & Benefits

Monthly Salary: HKD $20,000 – $26,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Position 2: Engineer (Fire Services Systems)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, technical supervision, and coordination of fire services systems

Independently manage project progress and supervise installation quality and site arrangements

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on all technical matters

Prepare and submit engineering drawings and documentation to government departments or consultants

Handle in project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Requirements

Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in fire services design and/or installation

Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines

Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English (both spoken and written)

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF software

BIM experience is preferred

Familiarity with local fire regulations and submission procedures is an advantage

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Remuneration & Benefits

Monthly Salary: HKD $30,000 – $45,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
