• Shipping guidance in practice and coordination within internal, customer and suppliers to ensure a smooth and on-time delivery from Asia to the destination
• Accountable for PO predictability and handling the end-to-end process from factory handover to arrival estimation at DCs
• Responsible for ensuring an effective shipping order and approval process to achieve OTP
• Good understanding of factories and carrier/freight forwarder policies and procedures, and able to apply this within internal timelines
• Capacity management and KPI to analyze the space fulfilment and shipping line performance
• Support vendor scorecard with support from the procurement team and enhance daily freight efficiencies
• Prepare regular reports and analysis to drive operations excellence, insights and recommendations
• High collaborative spirit working in supporting and driving initiatives with our internal and external partners
• Develop and implement business processes to maximise efficiency and cross-team collaboration
• Advise and mitigate risks that may arise from a changing market situation
• Support the annual Ocean bidding process
• Provide ad-hoc support for analytical duties and projects when necessary
Requirement
• Degree / Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related areas, with an understanding of global shipping lines and freight forwarding
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query for data analysis); knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant, mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learn
• Well-organized, with a strong analytical mind and numerical sense
