Senior Officer / Officer - Training

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, develop and delivery of various training programs and evaluate the overall training effectiveness
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, design and execute different training initiatives to achieve the corporate goals
• Liaise with external consultants to develop training programs and participate in various contests for corporate brand building
• Support in staff engagement & development projects as required
• Provide support on course activities from enrollment, materials preparation, venue set-up to evaluation
• Update training database and consolidate training reports for management review
• Perform clerical and administrative duties for training activities and project events

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or business related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in learning and development. Experience in retail industry or soft skill training is definitely an asset
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and good team player with positive mindset
• Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, experience in using software of video production is an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Learning and Development
