Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends specific to the Hong Kong, APAC, and global personal care and household sector
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with suppliers
- Implement and execute merchandising strategies to maximize profitability
- Manage and follow up product ideation and orders from start to finish with full attention to details as per instruction from oversea marketing team requirements
- Support existing team in daily tasks including for samples and material preparations
- Coordinate closely with Suppliers and Marketing to ensure brand and product consistency
- Help conduct price negotiations
- Follow shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipping issues
- Generate performance reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the personal care and household sector
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is compulsory
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowing I-Trader is a plus
- Positive, proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Ability to work reliably and autonomously in a small, fast-paced team environment
