Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Handle full sets of accounts, including monthly and yearly closings
- Assist in preparing financial reports to support business decision-making
- Perform basic data entry in the accounting system.
- Full set of accounts
- Prepare cheques, bank remittances & bank reconciliations
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or LCCI Level 2 equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and professional competency
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
