Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
  • Handle full sets of accounts, including monthly and yearly closings
  • Assist in preparing financial reports to support business decision-making
  • Perform basic data entry in the accounting system.
  • Full set of accounts
  • Prepare cheques, bank remittances & bank reconciliations
  • Keep track of all payments and expenditures
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

    Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or LCCI Level 2 equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and professional competency
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
