Senior Production Supervisor / Production Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Supervisor or Production Merchandiser to join our vibrant manufacturing team at AllRightsReserved Limited' in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in overseeing and optimising our production processes to ensure we meet our targets and deliver high-quality products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality control and logistics, to resolve issues and streamline operations
• Train and mentor production staff to uphold best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Support the implementation of new technologies and process innovations to enhance manufacturing capabilities

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in a production supervisory or manufacturing planning role, preferably in the consumer goods or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and inventory management principles
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills to optimise production workflows
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and mentoring to drive performance
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and other design software in an advance
