  • Handle business correspondence in both English and Chinese.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and manage confidential information with discretion.
Coordination and Communication:
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other business-related activities.
Education Department Operations:

  • Answer parents’ enquiries and recommend suitable courses and tutors.
  • Support program logistics, such as preparing materials and monitoring attendance.
  • Liaise with tutors, parents, and the Education Department to resolve booking inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
Other:
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support the education department’s growth and success.
  • Be available to reply to urgent messages after working hours occasionally.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and scheduling tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients, team members, and external parties effectively.

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in education, customer service, or administration is preferred but not required. Knowledge of the UK school system and examinations is an advantage.

  • Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends and respond to urgent inquiries outside of regular working hours.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
  • The chance to work with a highly respected leader in the education consulting industry.
  • Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
