Job Basic Requirements:
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of results;
- Ability to respond quickly and provide timely feedback to client issues;
- Good communication Skill with English and Cantonese;
- Familiar with software and hardware(POS, Kiosk, ...);
- Cantonese, English and Mandarin are must and fluent;
- Understand the ticketing industry(better)；
- Hongkongers with Hongkong ID;
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to WestK Onsite/Online Support team manager;
- Take responsibility for handling various issues related to kiosks, servers, box offices, Miniprogram;
Daily Work:
- Maintain frequent face-to-face and online communication with WestK’s IT department and designated contacts;
- Communicate with clients in real time via Teams and WhatsApp;
- Coordinate Guangzhou online support staff in communicating with clients.
KPI:
- Take responsibility for client complaint rate and satisfaction level in technical support area.
