Airfreight Operation Executive

Job Duties:

• Responsible for daily Air Freight operation
• Full set of Air Export documentation (e.g. MAWB, HAWB, invoices etc.)
• Communicate with airlines, co-loaders, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth operation
• Arrange bookings with airline, co-loaders and follow up shipment status
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned by operation manager

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE equivalent qualification
• 2 years or above relevant experience in air freight forwarding industry & logistics field
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS word, Excel and Outlook
• Good command in Cantonese, Fair English and Mandarin
• Willing to learn, responsible, hard work and independent
• Location: Kwai Hing
