Senior Project Manager

    Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project planning, co-ordination, supervision and management for various properties
• Lead and liaise with relevant parties including architects, consultants, contractors at all project stages
• Coordinate and prepare statutory submission, tendering, A & A documents
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Architecture/Surveying or related discipline
• 10 years’ experience in project management, A&A works, renovation works and new development projects
• Members of HKIA/HKIS or equivalent is preferred
• Fluency in speaking and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Manager
