Job Responsibility

• Organize sports event / program for public
• Responsible for preparing document and material before the event
• Coordinate the related vendors and services for the event
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Assist the participants for their enquiry

Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years of project management or relevant work experience
• A bachelor's degree with sports background is preferred. Candidates with administration and related work experience in National Sports Associations will be in definite advantage.
• Familiar with MS-Office application and Chinese input
• Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
• Strong passion and commitment for organizing sports event
• A team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset. Ability to work effectively independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
