Demi Chef

We are looking for a motivated Demi Chef 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist in kitchen with food production

·         Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area 

·         Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices, keeping the kitchen cleanliness.

·         Responsible for hot and cold dishes

Job Requirements:

·         vocational training in cuisine

·         minimum 2 years’ experience in western kitchen

·         Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants is preferred 

·         Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills

·         Good command of English and Cantonese
