Job Description

• To provide full administrative support to the workshop
• To handle daily machines in/out records and related issues
• To handle service hotline and customers enquiries
• To generate and prepare reports for management
• To maintain filing system for the department
• To participate in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines, Engineering or Science related disciplines are preferable
• 1 year's working experience is preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Green Card holder is preferable
• Immediate available is an advantage
