About the Role
As the Virtual Office (VO) Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our VO business. This role combines customer service, operations management, and business development to ensure smooth delivery of VO services and an excellent member experience. You will lead the centre team, manage client accounts, and drive growth in line with the Company’s community-focused vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end VO operations, including mail handling, call answering, meeting room bookings, and business registration support.
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of client requests.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local business regulations.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and billing for VO clients.
- Client & Community Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for VO clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with members, fostering a supportive and professional community.
- Proactively address client issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Support cross-selling and upselling of additional services (meeting rooms, event space, coworking memberships).
- Sales & Business Development
- Work with the Sales & Marketing team to promote VO packages to new leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for VO services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance company’s value proposition.
- Participate in networking and outreach activities to attract new clients.
- Team & Centre Management
- Supervise and train centre staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Coordinate scheduling, task allocation, and performance reviews for the VO team.
- Oversee upkeep and readiness of the centre (front desk, mailroom, meeting spaces).
- Report centre performance, operational and financial metrics to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in virtual office operation, coworking, serviced office, hospitality, or customer service management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet targets.
- Customer-focused, with a professional and approachable personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and other digital tools.
