Veterinary Customer Service Representative (Front Desk and Booking Hotline)

Responsibilities:

Front Desk

- Perform general receptionist duties, including but not limited to greeting patients, appointment booking, patients’ registration and billing

- Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk of clinic center

- Handle clients’ feedback and enquiries promptly and professionally

- Work closely with all veterinarians and nurses to provide the very best medical care service for the patients

- Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving customers service level

- Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Booking Hotline

- Answer and manage phone calls on the veterinary booking hotline

- Assist clients in scheduling appointments, providing necessary information, and addressing inquiries

- Coordinate with the front desk and medical team to ensure appointment availability and scheduling accuracy

- Maintain a high level of customer service, showing empathy and understanding to pet owners

- Provide information on emergency procedures and direct urgent cases to the appropriate channels

- Document and relay messages accurately to the relevant departments

Requirements:

- F.6 DSE graduate or above

- At least 2 years of experience in customer service industry, previous experience in phone operations or customer service is preferred

- Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette

- Presentable, pleasant, patient and cheerful

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English and Chinese

- A passion for providing outstanding client experiences

- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with veterinary services and terminology is a plus

- Immediate availability is highly preferred
