Temporary HR Specialist (Immediate Available, 1-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations and support, including but not limited to C&B function, recruitment process and staff engagement activities, etc. 
• Calculate and validate payroll data, including ADW, roster and attendance records, allowances/deductions, OT payment and other relevant information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain the filing system and participate in other ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in the recruitment process such as handling on boarding formalities and orientation for new joiners. 
• Assist in facilitating staff engagement activities and programs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned and provide support to team members. 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Solid C&B experience in the retail or FMCG industry will definitely be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and related legislation/regulations associated with HR best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
• Proficient in MS applications, especially Excel (Pivot table & lookup functions).
• Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
