Temporary clerk (6-12 months contract, Fresh graduate will also be considered)

Job Description
 

1. Handle notification and examination matters to ensure compliance of SFC-licensed corporations in respect of statutory requirements
2. Handle Securities and Futures Commission – license representative and responsible officer application
3. Provide ad-hoc advice to clients
4. Handle and update licensing matters for all licensed individuals and corporate &
5. Handle ad-hoc licensing project and internal control review of clients

Required Level of Work Experience:
 

• Other degree-holders are welcome. Fresh University graduates are also welcome.
• Self-motivated, attention to details.
• Willing to learn and proactive character.
• Able to work under pressure and work independently.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and able to deal with people of wide spectrum of seniority.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese is a must.
