Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with the company's existing Prestige customers
  • Warm call to existing clients for sharing updates information
  • Provide personalized services and solutions based on client needs and feedback.
  • Assist in developing and executing client care plans to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound calls

Job Requirements

  • Have experience in call center /customer service/client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Provide quality and value-added client services. Timely response to customer inquiries, address any complaints and provide solutions to their problems or issues in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with clients.
  • Coordinate across work teams according to client’s requirements to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and achievement of overall customer satisfaction.
  • Seek for continuous customer services and operational process improvement.
  • Have Call center experience a must.
