Technical Sales Engineer

In addition, Goodwin has expanded to provide Smart Hospital IOT solutions, Immersive training, and Hospital Engineering solutions to HK, Macau, and GBA. Currently we offer VR and AI on education solution, and co-develop with customer as well.

Job Descriptions

• Present and promote medical equipment and training products to hospitals, clinics, healthcare and education institutions, etc.
• Perform product support, demonstrations and training sessions.
• Assist in tender preparation, project site visits, technical proposals and documents.
• Provide service in product installation and configuration, maintenance and inspection, troubleshooting and repairing.
• Develop and maintain close contact with clients and vendors
• Analyze customer needs and work closely with team members to develop sales leads
• Collaborate with operation, service, and marketing teams to align technical capabilities with commercial strategies
• Communicate customer feedback on products and services to management.
• Participate in exhibitions and workshops as required.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Tertiary Graduates or above, preferably in Engineering/ Biomedical/ Sciences or related fields.
• Knowledge in health care industry is an added advantage but not essential.
• 1-2 years of solid experience would be a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Independent and self-motivated, willing to learn, presentable and with good interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
• FRESH GRADUATES with a positive attitude will also be considered.

Training will be provided for those willing to learn.
