Job Description

• Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies/ Building Surveying, or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• The successful appointee will be responsible for daily repair and maintenance service, preparing tender and quotation etc.
