Technical Manager

Provide technical direction and delivery advice for the design, development, implementation of IT solutions,ensure alignment with business needs.

Develop an expert-level understanding of the banks's business systems of the Bank and IT requirements, with a focus on optimizing operational performance,quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Domonstrated hands on experience in application development, including expertise in Sprint boot microservices architecture and delivering scalable,modular solutions.

Leading requirements analysis,resource planing and stakeholder management to ensure effective project delivery within time,budget and quality expections,Experience working with both banks and vendors is a strong plus.

Collaborate with IT departments to plan and implement new systems or changes to existing ones, including cost assessment or resource forecasting.

Proactively manage concurrent projects,ensure objectives are met through strong planning, task assignment and risk management.

Leverage modern tools and technologies, including kubernates for container orchetration,Control-M for job scheduling, and jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
