Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support on various building services systems, including maintaining and improving the functionality, performance and reliability of the systems as well as monitoring building services systems in terms of installation, operations and maintenance.
- Lead a team of technicians and manage a group of contractors to perform daily / emergency maintenance and minor A+A works
- Provide technical advice to both internal & external customers and enhance the technical expertise of the team in this aspect
- Assist in budgetary control and the preparation of quotations and relevant reports
- Perform inspections and reporting system issues
- Assist superiors in handling all matters related to E&M infrastructure
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline in preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Building Services, Maintenance, Property & Facilities Management
- Holder of certificate of registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B0 or above)
- Good leadership and strong planning capability with strong analytical skills
- Able to work in a fash-moving environment, manage multiple stakeholders and be a self-motivated team player
- Profiency in MS Office
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
