Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager

Tai Cheung Properties Limited is a subsidiary of Tai Cheung Group (Stock: 0088), which is a listed property developer.  The Group has been engaged in property development and investment in Hong Kong over 50 years. We are currently looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the position:-

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the incumbent’s key responsibilities are to:

• Prepare technical specifications for tendering maintenance and improvement works, including contracts administration, monitoring and supervising site works
• Collaborate with the Property Management Team to provide technical advice and recommendation on repair and improvement work
• Prepare a comprehensive annual maintenance budget and a forward-looking 5-year estate improvement budget
• Monitor contractor performance
• Supervise site-level technical teams in terms of work orders allocation, training, and problem resolution
• Attend owners' meeting to report technical matters

Requirements：

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Building Studies / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications
• Holder of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker and Green Card
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience in property management
• All-rounded knowledge of repair and maintenance in electrical systems, chiller systems, P&D systems and builder’s work
• Well-versed with relevant ordinances and ISO 9001:2015
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager
