Technical Analyst (Java, ReactJS & AI Development)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, build user interfaces, and maintain frontend web applications using React and Java, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Design and implement intuitive, responsive UIs that deliver excellent user experiences, applying modern UI design patterns and UX best practices.
• Work on AI projects utilizing Python and AI frameworks such as AutoGen and LangChain. Ensure a thorough understanding of Model Control Protocol (MCP) to enhance project outcomes.
• Develop efficient backend functionality using Spring Boot.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to develop and maintain microservices in a private cloud environment and collaborate within a Scrum team to achieve sprint goals and deliver high-quality code.
• Provide technical solutions by analyzing user requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with overseas project teams for system integration, testing, and deployment, and provide technical support during system development and production roll-out.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience, proficient in ReactJS for UI and Spring Boot for backend.
• Familiarity with JavaScript; knowledge of TypeScript is a strong advantage.
• Experience with the ReactJS library, including concepts such as hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and best practices for component design.
• Understanding of UI design patterns (such as container/presentational, higher-order components, controlled/uncontrolled components) and UX logic (such as user flows, accessibility, responsive design).
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB, and BI tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of JUnit and Mockito for unit testing is advantageous.
• Experience with PL/SQL is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the software development life cycle.
• Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Putonghua is beneficial.
