Job Responsibilities:

  • Support customers for testing and commissioning on Access Control Products
  • Report and follow up the technical issues with Tech Support Team and R&D Team
  • Perform in-house product test
  • Generate technical documentation
  • Attend technical meeting

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Tech support experience in Access Control Products is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and detail-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
