Team Supervisor - Digital Projects

Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Permanent Digital Team Supervisor with proofing record in team management. This position may be required to work at various client locations and reporting to the Digital Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• To handle and monitor various projects and to assist your superior to set up production
• To supervise a team of Leaders and Operators, in order to manage production lines & resources to meet desired quality & daily production targets
• To work with various support groups to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production
• To conduct data collection analysis, design the workflow, escalation flowchart, scorecard design, provide regular production reports and the monthly performance report
• Department planning & Execution
  • Arrange induction & trainings;
  • Monitor operational costs;
  • Comply with operational policies;
  • Update projects progress;
• Any other duties as assigned by your superior from time to time
• Overall responsible for operations to be proceeded in accordance with ISO manual (ISO90001, ISO18001 & ISO27001).

Requirements:

• Diploma and above graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in team management
• Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and willing to work under pressure
• Client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful and good communication skills
• Good sense of time management
• Sound PC Knowledge, especially with Excel
• Good Command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Possession of scanning knowledge will be a plus
