Job Description

Job duties:  

  • Provide executive support to directors.
  • Manage and handle daily schedules, external affairs, business appointments, travel arrangement etc.
  • Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Manage meetings and events, prepare meeting minutes and reports if necessary.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above; 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Good written and basic spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
