Johnson Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager or Assistant Manager to handle recruitment activities across Hong Kong, China, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and contract preparation.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define selection criteria, while providing guidance on recruitment processes and effective sourcing channels.

Proactively source candidates across job boards and other leading talent acquisition tools to identify and engage top-tier candidates effectively.

Conduct market research to provide insights on talent availability and advise hiring managers on adjusting or broadening their requirements to attract top talent.

Leverage recruitment systems to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for assigned disciplines.

Support various HR initiatives, including HR system implementations and other ongoing projects.

Lead talent-related programs, such as campus recruitment and digitization projects.

Drive special projects and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Assist with blue-collar worker recruitment for the Taipo Industrial Estate when necessary.

Handle recruitment related administrative matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, ideally with both in-house and agency exposure.

Proven experience in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing operations, and technical roles within the manufacturing or engineering industry.

Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, JobsDB, 51job, Liepin, BOSS Zhipin, and other leading talent acquisition tools to identify and engage top-tier candidates effectively.

Proactive, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including internal hiring managers and external vendors.

Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
