Tailor (縫紉師)

As the Tailor at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will perform tailoring work to ensure the staff uniforms are properly fitted, repaired and maintained. You will also manage and issue staff uniforms and handling hotel linens and guest laundry with the outsource laundry vendor. You’ll maintain a positive, friendly attitude with all employees  
作為香港尖沙咀金普頓酒店的縫紉師，您將進行縫紉工作，以確保員工制服合身、補縫和保養。您還將管理和發放員工制服，並與外包洗衣供應商一起處理酒店床單和客人洗衣服務。您將對所有員工保持積極、友好的態度。

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Performing alterations, repairs, and adjustments on staff uniforms 
  對員工制服進行修改、維修和調整 
• Issuing linen and staff uniforms  
  發放布草和員工制服 
• Checking periodically the condition of linen and uniforms 
  定期檢查布草和制服的狀況 
• Sorting guest laundry and checking quantity against laundry list. Checking guest laundry for any damages and or stains before collection by the appointed laundry vendor 
  對客人的衣物進行分類，並根據衣物清單檢查數量。在指定的洗衣供應商取貨之前，檢查客人的洗衣物品是否有任何損壞和/或污漬 
• Keeping linen room in clean and orderly condition 
  保持布草房清潔整齊 

What we need from you

• Secondary School Graduate 
  中學畢業 
• Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in a hospitality setting 
  具備縫紉師的經驗，曾在酒店工作經驗者被優先考慮 
• Expertise in sewing and alterations 
  縫紉及衣物修改方面的專業知識 
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship 
  非常注重細節和對縫紉手藝布有高度要求 
• Knowledge of different fabrics and garment care techniques 
  瞭解不同的面料和服裝護理技術
