Systems Support / Systems Engineer

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for full range of Information Systems’ activities for MOL Group Companies in Hong Kong;
• Monitor and ensure IT systems’ availability;
• Troubleshoot and remediate IT system fault/problem;
• Act as project team member of IT initiatives, supporting system updates, upgrades, migrations and outage management;
• Maintain IT assets inventory;
• Act as 1st level IT service desk and provide Tier 1 IT user support;
• Prepare/maintain IT training materials/user guides;
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications;
• Fulfil other business or system needs from time-to-time as required by management;
• Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 2 years relevant working experience is preferrable; fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Knowledge in technical infrastructure environment (e.g. MS Windows, Linux, VMWare, Networking, VPN, Firewall);
• Experience in technical infrastructure operations and cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, AWS) is an advantage;
• Experience in WordPress for website development is an advantage;
• Willing to learn, independent, responsible and self-motivated;
• Good problem-solving skills and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Systems Engineer
