Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to resources optimization, execute backup and disaster recovery plan
- Perform system installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring of Server and network devices.
- Conduct troubleshooting, analyze system logs to identify potential issues.
- Administrate hardware and software procurement and inventory
- Provide Clinic and Back-office End user support.
- Documentation for audit propose
- Assist in project roll-out and any other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline;
- 1-3 years relevant working experience in IT support
- Knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Office 365, VMware and VEEAM
- Experience in Clinic Management Solution support is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Excellent Communication Skills and able to work as a team player
- Candidates with less experience and fresh graduates will be considered as Technical Support
