Systems Analyst

Responsibility:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing operation and undertake new ERP solution development life cycle including system development and enhancement;
• Participate in system integration projects between Oracle EBS and Mobile Apps/Web Site;
• Support business-critical information systems Oracle EBS and Cloudio;
• Provide support to users across Asia Pacific, US and EMEA;
• Coordinate project tasks with internal IT team, business users, and external vendors;
• This position will have strong knowledge of IT Change and Incident Management;
• Report to the Application Manager.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
• 5+ years of experience in configuring or supporting Advanced Pricing, Supply Chain and Financials modules of Oracle E-business Suite (R12 preferred);
• Experience with configurations and setups, workflows, extensions, interfaces, and reports;
• Solid hands-on experience in Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle Application Server Development Suite, Discoverer, XML Publisher, Java (Desired), GL Wand for Oracle and system integration using Oracle REST API;
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate fluently with business users, technical people, and management across the organizations;
• Team player with strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese in a fast-paced changing environment;
• Occasional travel is required;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst.
