System Engineer (Storage & Backup)

This is a renewable secondment contract for providing storage and backup solution services to our client.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for storage and backup support, and DR drill
• Perform firmware upgrade and configuration for SAN switch etc
• Provide regular reports on system health, security and performance
• Provide urgent support (Phone call) in non-working hour if necessary

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in storage support or related fields
• Hands on experience on SAN, Storage and backup
• Knowledge of Hitachi SAN / Dell EMC / OceanStor storage / Brocade switch / Netbackup / Veeam will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
