System Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

· To support, operate and administration server, storage, backup and virtualization platform

· Perform changes and daily operation for server, storage, backup and virtualization platform

· Installing, configuring and managing server, storage, backup and virtualization platform

· Diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues

· Daily system health check and data backup

· Responsible for tracking and routing incident and requests

Requirements :

· Diploma in computer science or related disciplines

· Good knowledge in server, storage, VMware and backup infrastructure

· Experience in supporting Windows Server, NetApp Storage, HPE Alletra SAN Storage, SAN Switch, Veeam backup, and VMware vSphere

· Ability to provide basic support to Active Directory and Windows Server, Veeam Backup, VMware vSphere and SAN storage

· 3-year working experience on IT operation, administration and support on IT infrastructure
