System Architect

Responsibilities:

• Define the system / solution architecture for business applications, including its components, databases, services, and integrations;
• Design, operate and maintain network and communication infrastructure;
• Install and configure IT devices such as servers, routers, switches, and firewalls;
• Provide day-to-day IT technical support such as system management, operational management, performance management and recovery actions;
• Ensure smooth systems operation by monitoring systems health, performance, batch processing and supporting facilities around the clock;
• Design and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan and lead the periodic drills;
• Provide capacity planning and resources sizing in accordance with workload projections and industry trends;
• Provide after office hours and ad-hoc system support;
• Manage vendor services and maintain secure and quality support service for users.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline;
• 6 years of relevant experience in system architecture, network infrastructure and business application support;
• Knowledge in MS Dynamics, Power Automate, SAP, POS, Property management system and AI will be an advantage;
• Experience with firewall management, PAM and EDR is a plus;
• Certificate Holder of CCNA / CISSP is an advantage;
• Good project management, interpersonal and communications skills.
