Job Description:

  1. Provide quality support services to customers on freight and logistics software
  2. Gather customer requirements
  3. Write up requirements
  4. Conduct software testing
  5. Provide user training
  6. Prepare and maintain user documentation
  7. General support to sales and marketing events and activities

Job Requirement:

  1. Responsive, good communication skill, highly adaptable and open to learn and execute new jobs/tasks
  2. Hands-on word processing skill in English and Chinese
  3. Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  4. With 2 years support service experience
  5. Knowledge in freight and logistics is a plus
  6. Knowledge of IT and IT procedures is an advantage


The remuneration package is based on the candidate's experience and former performance
