Supply Chain Executive

Is the Supply Chain area your passion? We are in search of a new colleague to take the responsibilities of the position of Supply Chain Executivefor the Logistics Support Team. 

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for supply planning and monitoring inventory level based on the sales forecast & safety stock requirements, coordinate with supplier and forwarder to ensure shipment inbound to warehouse on schedule.
• Work closely with Sales & Brand marketing team to meet the new product launch/ channel promotional activities/new design change timeline to optimize the business goals and company development plan.
• Regularly review and updated the stock plan. Placed the weekly/ monthly orders to suppliers, also shared the monthly rolling forecasting to Supplier to ensure the supply.
• Manage and handle day-to-day internal departments and external supplier/ vendor’s enquiry about the supply chain operational, product and inventory related issue.
• Monthly update the stock plan, projection for aging stock & stock issue report. Also update and maintain product & transportation cost data.
• Work closely with warehouse to streamline operational process.
• Propose and implement plans to improve supply planning process efficiency and effectiveness
• Seek continuous improvements & identify potential risk that provide timely visibility to related stakeholders, Prepare cost analysis and recommendation on supply chain solution.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

What we're looking for:

• High Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or other related fields.
• Flexible, adapting and responding to change.
• Work with different stakeholders to manage day to day operations.
• Good analytical skills, detail-minded.
• Well organized, good planning and organizing skills.
• Able to formulate strategies & concepts to achieve results.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in using SAP is an advantage.
• Immediately available is preferred.
