Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of 30-50 housekeeping and transport workers in a healthcare setting
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
    • Provide training, mentorship and performance evaluations to team members to maintain high service standards
    • Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
    • Collaborate with various departments to effectively address the needs of patients and staff

    Requirements:

    • Innovative with a growth mindset
    • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
    • Excellent team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Open to fresh university graduates
    • Diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not essential
