Store Manager

Our Store Managers are front leaders and inspire our teams to deliver greatspecialty coffee, sourdough and customer experiences, day-in day-out.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and well-experienced F&B professional to join and lead one of our teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the team in daily operations to ensure excellence and compliance with company SOP’s
• Supervise food and beverage quality, presentation and speed of service, ensuring hygiene standards, stock- and par levels, and financial procedures comply with company requirements
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Recruiting, training, and developing the team
• Achieve financial and operational goals (on sales, wastage, staffing etc)
• Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence
• Receiving café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered
• Resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer service
• Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers

To be a FINEPRINT Store Manager, you must have:

• A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in busy cafés/restaurant in a managerial role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of 10+ people
• Passion and understanding of specialty coffee
• Interest in people and have an open and positive attitude
• Strong problem solving, decision making and organizing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with flair in delivering service excellence
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, both within and outside the store
• Effective communication skills and you’re not afraid to ask questions

Our stores are open from 6am - 6pm daily; you must be able to start at 5am some days of the week.
