Sr. Business Analyst (IT Software Development)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participating in project lifecycle management encompassing business requirement analysis, system design, system testing, training, support and maintenance.

2. Gather and document internal user's requirements to initiate the processes of system development to ensure business operations are smoothly operating.

3. Work closely & being the communication bridge between internal end users and technical development team, you will need to analyze and influence both sides to make sure of smooth operation of the system.

4. Design and optimize workflows, and create UI screenshot images, provide a visual representation of system functionality.

5. Perform product testing before product release, ensuring quality assurance and seamless product deployment.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree Holder (Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology / Accounting) holder or above.

2. 6 years working experience in system implementation processes, including requirement analysis, solutions design, testing, and training programs.

3. Knowledge in Gen AI prompt engineering leveraging Python, ERP systems, MS SQL, .NET, JAVA, and React programming languages, AWS cloud service is an advantage.

4. Working experience / knowledge of UX tool - Wireframe is preferable.

5. Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

7. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
