About the Role
At Eastwise we provide innovative sourcing & procurement services through trusted global partnerships. Enhancing operational efficiency, we are a multicultural team of 40 people across Europe, Asia and North Africa: France, China & Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Tunisia and Singapore.
We are seeking a dynamic Sourcer Merchandiser to join our team! In this operational role, you will play a key part in information collection, supplier management, and project support.

Key Responsibilities
. Project Management: Assist in monitoring project timelines, gather data, and support Senior Merchandisers with administrative tasks, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
. Supplier Management: Visit factories to assess production status, communicate effectively with suppliers, and update databases
. Customer Relationship: Provide project updates to internal teams and clients, assist in product presentations, and respond to inquiries
. Expertise: Acquire general knowledge about product categories, master internal tools and processes, develop operational expertise and close familiarity with factories

Profile
. Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, international trading or merchandising, with European or US company
. Bachelor’s degree in English, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
. Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and speaking

. Team Collaboration: Support Senior Merchandisers and other departments effectively
. Adaptability: Work with diverse product categories and adapt to change
. Attention to Detail: Ability to collect precise data and identify inconsistencies

. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., Excel, internal ERP systems)
