Job Description
Responsibilities:

Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements.

Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.

Provide Pre-Sales support including requirement gathering and preparation of solution proposal, presentation and demonstration.
-
Mobilize and coordinate for project kick-off to ensure a smooth transition from presales to service delivery stages.
-
Engage in system implementation stage as escalated coordinator role and liaise with internal assigned development owners and external technical service delivery counterparts.
-
Manage change requests with customers, internal development team owners and external partners when customer issues and discrepancies arise.
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
-
3 years in pre-sales experience with different systems (Yonyou/ Kingdee/ SAP/ Multiable/ Flexsystem/ Workday/ IPL) will be an advantage

Excellent and effective communication skills in both English and Chinese

Exceptional customer-facing skills

Immediately available is preferred
