Site Inspector (Contract Based – 6 Months)

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for monitoring building works of local property development projects;

·         Perform site supervision and monitor the building projects quality;

·         Coordinate and liaise with architect, consultants and contractors for execution of the construction work;

·         Monitor work progress and workmanship standard; ensure working procedures, work schedules, materials and quality control are strictly followed;

·         Carry out inspection and testing on all completed works and witness on-site tests as required;

·         Prepare defect list and monitor defect rectification progress and result.

Requirements:

·         Certificate / Diploma in building/construction studies or above;

·         Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from local property developer, experience with new-building and residential project is preferred;

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

·         Proactive, systematic;

·         Immediate available is preferred.
