Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for site office on regular reporting, correspondence exchange and document circulation
  • Manage internal databases and filing records to maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in adaptation of new programme/ systems in daily site matters
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with minimum 2 years’ administrative/clerical working experience in construction site
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written English & Chinese
  • Excellent attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
